A delegation of five AFL-CIO leaders from various unions left here today for a two-week tour of Israel as guests of the Histadrut, Israel’s general federation of labor. Joining the labor leaders on the tour was Stanley H. Lowell, first assistant to New York City’s Mayor Robert F. Wagner. This is the fourth AFL-CIO group to visit Israel at the behest of the Histadrut.
