Ambassador Abba Eban conferred today with Francis O. Wilcox, Assistant Secretary of State for International Organization Affairs. It was made known that they discussed the United Nations General Assembly meeting scheduled to open in New York next month. The meeting is understood to have ranged over many subjects likely to be considered at the General Assembly session, including problems directly confronting Israel.
