Israel Seeks Bilateral Trade Pacts with Four Countries

A three-man Israel trade delegation, here to participate in the East-West trade talks which got under way Monday, prepared today for talks with Rumania, Bulgaria, Iceland and Portugal on bilateral trade agreements. Israel has the status of observer at the talks. Its delegation is headed by A. Epstein, assistant director-general of the Bank Leumi L’Israel.
