British Jews Intervene for Aden Jewry with Colonial Office

The possibility of direct representation for the 800 member Jewish community of Aden on a proposed new legislative set-up in the protectorate was discussed today by Colonial Office officials and an Anglo-Jewish Association delegation headed by president R. N. Carvalho.

The delegation also discussed the future of the Jewish community and means whereby representations in its behalf might be made to the Aden Government.
