The National Conference of Christians and Jews has awarded a certificate of recognition to Jacques Back, publisher of the English-Jewish weekly “Nashville Observer.”
The award was given to Mr. Back in recognition for his editorials of brotherhood. Mr. Back is a former president of the American Association of English-Jewish Newspapers Mr. Back was also honored by the local Congregation Ohabai Sholom which conferred upon him honorary life membership at a special service in the Temple.
