Mrs. Zena Harman, Israel’s representative on the United Nations International Children’s Fund, was today elected UNICEF’s delegate to the Joint Committee on Health Policy. The five-member joint committee is composed of delegates from UNICEF and the World Health Organization, another UN affiliate.
