Chairman Hubert H.Humphrey of a Near Eastern Affairs subcommittee of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee today made known that he has cabled personal congratulations to Israel Premier David Ben Gurion in connection with Israel’s tenth anniversary celebration. He termed the anniversary “an occasion for rejoicing among friends of Israel all over the world.”
