The Vienna Jewish Community’s elementary Jewish schools, closed for 20 years since the Anschluss of 1938, will be re-opened this fall, it was announced here today. The schools will be sponsored jointly by the Community Council, Jewish Agency and Joint Distribution Committee.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
