Israel Minister of Health, Israel Barzilai, arrived here to head Israel’s delegation at the 10th World Health Assembly which will take place in Minneapolis. Another Israel Cabinet member, Minister of Interior Yitzhak Bar Yehuda, arrived here this morning on his way home from Argentina where he represented his government at the inauguration of President Arturo Frondizi in Buenos Aires.
Israel’s Attorney General Halm Cohn headed his country’s delegation today at the United Nations conference on international commercial arbitration which convened here this afternoon. Dr. Eliezer Yapou, counselor of Israel’s permanent delegation here, was assigned to represent Israel at this conference with Mr. Cohn.
