Resolutions urging the United States to be vigilant in regard to Israel’s security were adopted here yesterday at the conclusion of the annual tri-state regional conference of the Zionist Organization of America, comprising delegates from Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
The convention was addressed by Dr.Eliezer Yapou, counsellor of Israel’s delegation to the United Nations. He told the 120 delegates that it is “the duty of the United Nations and of the world democracies to see to it that no force is employed for the solution of problems affecting any of the Middle East countries including Israel.”
