Israel Attorney General Chaim Cohen was awarded here a medal by the Mexican Committee for Human Rights which is cooperating with the United Nations. The medal was presented to Mr. Cohen, during his visit here, by Luis Garrido, former president of the University of Mexico and chairman of the human rights unit. Israeli and Mexican high officials were present at the ceremony.
