Bellefaire, national resident treatment center for emotionally maladjusted children, which is supported by the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland, marked its 90th anniversary this week-end with the opening of a new school building Because of the nature of their problems, 75 percent of Bellefaire’s children cannot attend public schools and go to school on the grounds.
