Israel has presented 20 papers to the Second United Nations International Conference on the Peaceful Uses of Atomic Energy, which is currently being held here. All of Israel’s papers are of a highly technical nature.
(Israel is also participating in the 33-nation exploratory meeting on copper which opened in London on Monday under United Nations auspices. The conference, which is meeting in private, is studying the world copper market situation and possible development of new uses of this metal. Israel is interested as a producer and exporter of copper)
