President Arturo Frondizi of Argentina, in a holiday message to the DAIA, central representative body of Argentine Jewry, sent his best wishes and “fraternal greetings” to the Jews of this country “whose contribution to the spiritual and material progress of Argentina has made itself felt on every level of the nation’s life. ” The message emphasized that Argentina “rejects prejudice and racial discrimination , offering equal opportunities to all human beings. “
