Rabbi Emil Leipziger of New Orleans conducted special Rosh Hashanah services in the Rue Copernic Synagogue here for some 300 American and British residents and tourists. This is the third successive year that English-language High Holiday services have been conducted in Paris under the auspices of the World Union for Progressive Judaism.
