Y. Btesh, director general of the Israel Ministry of Health, left today for Moscow where he will spend ten days studying Soviet health facilities.
Last night, Minister of Health Israel Barzilai announced that a regular exchange of information on health matters would be instituted between the USSR and Israel. He made his announcement in a report to the National Health Council of Israel on his recent visit to Warsaw as a guest of the Polish Government.
