Israel could teach the nations of the world "a fine lesson on relations with minorities," a prominent American educator, who is a member of President Eisenhower’s Commission on Civil Rights, declared today.

The statement was made in Galilee by Dr. Robert Storey, after touring Arab areas in northern Israel. Dr. Storey is dean of Southern Methodist University Law School, and is also chairman of the United States Board of Foreign Scholarships which implements the American government’s program of Fulbright scholarships.
