A West German delegation will leave for The Hague tomorrow to resume negotiations with the Dutch Government on the question of indemnification of citizens of Holland who were imprisoned in Nazi concentration camps.
Meanwhile, it was reported here today that Bonn, recipient of similar claims from eight European nations, has offered Norway 58,000,000 marks as a lump sum settlement of all such claims. West Germany has stressed that the offer is “voluntary” since under Bonn’s indemnification law these claims–with minor exceptions–are not recognized as the German Government’s legal obligations.
