Jews in Algeria Troubled; French Chief Rabbi Leaves for Algiers

French Chief Rabbi Jacob Kaplan left Paris this morning for Algiers on what was described as a “special mission” in the course of which he will confer with Paul de Louvrier, new Director General of Algeria.
