Israel Ambassador Abba Eban met today for nearly an hour with Secretary of State John Foster Dulles for a general review of the situation in the Middle East as it affects Israel and other matters, chiefly U.S. economic aid. He was accompanied to the meeting by Israel Minister Yaacov Herzog.
