Joseph Saphir, Former Minister of Transport and Communications, arrived here today. Mr. Saphir is a member of the Knesset and chairman of the executive committee of the General Zionist party in Israel. He will confer with leaders of the Zionist Organization of America and set out on lecture tour of several cities.
