Abba Eban, Israel’s Ambassador to the United States, and permanent representative to the United Nations, yesterday was named an honorary citizen of the City of Philadelphia at a farewell luncheon in his honor here. Mr. Ebanis leaving his posts in Washington and at the UN at the end of May.
