Baron Edmond de Rothschild arrived from Britain today for a series of talks with Government, and bank officials on the possibility of establishing an Anglo-Israel Investment company. Successful talks, it was understood, will lead to establishment of a partnership between the Rothschilds and the Bank Leumi.
Also visiting Israel on financial matters was Herman Abs, a leading West German banker and an executive of the Bonn Credit Institute for Reconstruction. He is negotiating with Israel State Bank officials.
