Japanese financial interests are investing money in Israeli copper mines and in other enterprises in this country, including industrial manufacturing and assembly plants, the Treasury Department disclosed today.
Further expansion of Israeli-Japanese trade was hoped for as a result of the impending visit to Japan by Minister of Development Mordechai Bentov. He is now in India.
