The International Court of Justice will deliver a ruling next Tuesday on the objections of Bulgaria in the suit by Israel over the shooting down of an El Al plane in 1955 with a loss of 58 lives.
Bulgaria contended in the initial hearings that the International Court lacked jurisdiction in the case. Israel has filed suit for $7, 462, 803.
