Abba Hushi, Mayor of Haifa, arrived here today for a month-long tour of key cities throughout the United States in behalf of the Israel bond drive. “Increasing exports is the main economic problem confronting Israel, ” Mr. Hushi said. “With the aid of Israel bonds, we are planning an expansion in industrial and agricultural production which will enable us to triple the present export rate of approximately $200, 000, 000 per year. “
