Dr. Dvorah Kaplan, widow of Eliezer Kaplan, Israel’s first Minister of Finance, arrived in New York today on the liner Israel. After a short stay in this city, she will proceed to Montreal to participate in the World Pediatrics Congress. Mrs. Kaplan is a prominent Israeli pediatrician.
