American Technion Society Raises $500,000 at New York Dinner

A total of $500,000 was raised for the expansion of the new campus of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, at a testimonial dinner here tonight for David Rose, who is retiring as national president of the American Technion Society after four years in office.

Principal speaker at the dinner, attended by more than 600 business and educational leaders, was Israel’s Ambassador to the United States, Avraham Harman.
