Several hundred Israelis joined last night to honor Zalman Shazar, member of the Jewish Agency executive, on the occasion of his 76th birthday. The dinner was addressed by Abba S. Eban, Minister without Portfolio, and Dr. Nahum Goldmann, chairman of the Jewish Agency, both of whom lauded Mr. Shaza contributions to Zionism and to Hebrew culture.
