Adolf L. Hamburger, Baltimore investment counselor and a leader of the Israel Bond Organization, died here yesterday. He was 61 years old. Mr. Hamburger had served as president of the Baltimore Board of Jewish Education, and as vice chairman of the Associated Jewish Charities Campaign and Welfare Fund.
