The recent eruption of anti-Semitic incidents in the United States should be taken up at the White House Conference on Children and Youth as a juvenile delinquency problem, Mrs. Charles Hymes, president of the National Council of Jewish Women, urged today. The conference opens on March 23.

The incidents “should not be relegated to the limbo of for gotten events,” Mrs. Hymes told a meeting of the organization’s executive council.
