The American Jewish Congress today renewed its attack on the Administration over the Arab boycott of Israel. Dr. Joachim Prinz, AJC president, accused the Agriculture Department of “moral blindness” for allowing Arab nations to demand that U.S. shippers carrying American surplus food to their nations have no dealings with Israel.

An Agriculture Department spokesman said last week that such contracts are of “no concern” to the Government. Dr. Prinz said he was “profoundly disappointed” at the department’s “indifference to the assault on the rights of American citizens by Arab League countries and other nations.”

Earlier, the Navy removed from its oil-cargo contracts a clause that was criticized for condoning the boycott of Israel.
