Richard Maass, a member of the Housing Advisory Council of the State Commission Against Discrimination, has accepted the general campaign chairmanship of the 1960 drive of the Joint Defense Appeal in New York, it was announced today. The Appeal is the fund-raising arm of the American Jewish Committee and the anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith.
