The first plenary meeting of the South American Confederation of Independent General Zionists and the first territorial convention of Brazilian independent Zionists were inaugurated here with speeches by Dr. Israel Goldstein of New York.
A formal reception marking the return of Brazil’s General Zionists to the World Zionist Organization and Israel Appeal here was held last night at the Israel Embassy. The reconciliation was effected through the efforts of Leon Dultzin, member of the executive of the Jewish Agency.
