Felix Shinar, head of the Israel purchasing mission in West Germany, arrived here today for consultations with the Government, presumably on ways and means of following up the recent talks between Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion and West German Chancellor Dr. Konrad Adenauer.

During Ambassador Shinar’s stay here, the Government is expected to name a delegation to proceed to Germany to discuss the practical aspects of a German loan to Israel possibly totaling $500, 000, 000.
