Receptions were held here in the Israel Embassy in honor of Israel’s 12th anniversary. Ambassador Arieh Levavi also marked the occasion with an address over the national radio network. Argentine President Arturo Frondizi cabled a congratulatory message to Israel President Izhak Ben-Zvi while Foreign Minister Taboada greeted Israeli Foreign Minister Golda Meir.
