An organization of former Austrians now living in Sweden was formed last night with the goal of ending a unique legal position which bars them from receiving restitution as victims of Nazism.

The founding meeting of former concentration camp inmates, mostly Jews, sent a resolution to the Austrian and West German Governments demanding legislation to end the “discrimination.” When President Adolf Schaerf of Austria visited Stockholm recently, a delegation of the inmates met with him and gave him a petition on the problem.
