A teeth anniversary National Economic Planning Conference for Israel will be held at the Shoreham Hotel in Washington, September 16-18, under the auspices of the State of Israel Bond Organization, Dr. Joseph J.Schwartz, its vice-president, announced today. The conference, will inaugurate the opening of the 1960 fall campaign for the sale of Israel bonds.
