Mordechai Gazit, the new Minister at the Israel Embassy here, arrived today to assume his new duties. He succeeds Yaacov Herzog who was named Israel Ambassador to Canada. Mr. Gazit’s prior post was that of director of the Foreign Minister’s Office at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem.
