A committee of the third Congress of Spanish Language Academies of South America voted unanimously today to recommend future suppression in Spanish dictionaries of words and definitions of an anti-Semitic nature offensive to the Jewish people or religion.

The committee resolution was introduced by Dr. Moises Goldmann of Buenos Aires on behalf of the World Jewish Congress. Brazilian academicians recently voted to expunge anti-Semitic definitions from the Portuguese language dictionaries used in the Brazilian schools.
