Saul Hayes, executive vice-president of the Canadian Jewish Congress, was named today by Samuel Bronfman, chairman of the World Jewish Congress North American Division, to represent the organization at the forthcoming UNESCO World Conference on Adult Education which opens in Montreal on August 22. Mr. Hayes will participate in Conference discussions on professional and technical aspects of adult education.
