A special, sound-proof transparent booth has been built by the police authorities, to enable Adolf Eichmann, No. 1. Nazi murderer of 6,000,000 Jews, to confer freely with his German counsel, Robert Servatius, who is expected to arrive here Tuesday to prepare his defense case for Eichmann,

The booth is built so that Dr. Servatius and Eichmann may be observed by guards who will watch the booth constantly, yet have freedom to talk unheard. The attorney will have a seat near Eichmann, but will not be close enough to reach the Nazi. Guards will watch the conferences during Servatius’ visit to his client.

Police Inspector-General Yosef Nahmias, who announced these arrangements here today, said also that the police department’s special Bureau 06, in charge of the Eichmann case, expects to have its investigations into the Eichmann case completed by December 1. Mr. Nahmiss said that he keeps close tab on the progress of the probe, receiving reports from Bureau 06 weekly.
