An effort to interest central Jewish organizations in a number of Jewish communities in this country to send delegates to the forthcoming World Zionist Congress, to be held in Jerusalem, is being made here currently by Menahem Guelehrter, head of the Latin American department of the World Zionist executive in Jerusalem. Mr. Guelehrter arrived here last week for this purpose.
