An international congress of former Nazis will be held soon at Malmo, Sweden, to launch a worldwide campaign of anti-Semitism as a “reprisal” against the forthcoming trial in Israel of Adolf Eichmann, the No. 1 expert in the extermination of Jews, the newspaper Le Monde reported here today.
According to Le Monde, the plans for the Nazi congress were formulated at a meeting held in Spain recently between Leon Degrelle, leading Belgian fascist, and Johann von Leers. The latter, who had been the deputy of chief Nazi propagandist Josef Goebbels, during World War II, makes his home in Cairo now, acting as principal advisor on anti-Semitism to the United Arab Republic.
Following the Spain meeting between Degrelle and von Leers, the newspaper states, an organizing parley for the Malmo congress took place in Paris, with the participation of Nazis from West Germany, Belgium, France, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain. It was at this session where the final plans for the Malmo congress were reportedly made. Malmo has been frequently mentioned as lone of the international centers of world wide nazism.
