The Municipal Court here issued an order this weekend to confiscate the latest issue of the weekly illustrated magazine. Revue, which carries an article accusing a member of the Federal Parliament of having ordered the deportation of French Jews to extermination camps during World War II.
The publication carries a facsimile of a letter written in February 1943, by Dr. Ernst Achenbach, of this city, ordering the deportation of Jews from Nazi-occupied France. Dr. Achenbach, now representing Munich for the Free Democratic Party in the Parliament at Bonn, was at the time the order was issued, a high official of the Hitler Embassy in Paris.
