The South African Jewish Board of Deputies today voted to accept the invitation from Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the World Zionist Organization, to send fraternal delegates to the forthcoming 25th World Zionist Congress. The deputies voted to send two fraternal delegates.
Twelve full delegates will represent the South African Zionist organization at the Congress, which convenes December 27. Edel Horwitz, chairman of the South African Zionist Organization, one of the delegates, left for London today on a visit to precede his trip to Jerusalem to attend the Congress.
