Klutznick Sworn in As U.S. Representative to U.N. ;lauded by Rusk

Philip M. Klutznick, American Jewish leader, this weekend was sworn in as United States Representative to the United Nations Economic and Social Council at an impressive ceremony in the Department of State.

Associate Supreme Court Justice Tom Clark administered the oath in the presence of Secretary of State Dean Rusk. Comments were made on the importance of the job and the attendant serious responsibilities. Mr.Rusk congratulated Mr. Klutznick and said the nation was fortunate to have such a capable man for the position.
