The Greater New York Committee for Israel Bonds announced yesterday the appointment of Surrogate Maximilian Moss of Kings County as its 1961 chairman. Surrogate Moss, who is also president of the Brooklyn Jewish Community Council, will head a committee to raise investment funds for the economic development of Israel.
