A resolution calling for increased contribution by Argentine Jewry to the Keren Hayesod, was adopted unanimously here today by the fund’s 13th territorial convention attended by 350 delegates from throughout Argentina.
In a call to Argentine Jewry to mobilize maximum effort on behalf of the Keren Hayesod drive, Joseph Tchorintzki, director of the South American department of the Keren Hayesod in Jerusalem, described Israel as the Jewish people’s “most valuable asset.”
