Two Held in $13, 000 Bail on Charges of Smearing Swastikas

Two men, charged with painting swastikas all over the outer walls of the home of a Jewish resident here, were today ordered held in $13, 000 bail to await action by the Grand Jury. Thomas Owens, 24, and Robert E. Jones, 26, were accused of defacing the home of Eugene J. Blumberg, a formal local police justice.
